Ingredients
1 c. rolled oats
½ c. vanilla protein
2 tbsp. matcha powder plus extra for optional coating
½ c. almond butter
¼ c. honey
1 tbsp. elderberry syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. chia seeds (optional)
pinch of sale
Directions
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl, then mix in the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
Add water or milk if necessary for consistency.
Roll the mixture into balls. Optionally, roll the balls in extra matcha powder.
Chill the balls for at least 30 minutes.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
