Roses are not just beautiful to receive and look at in a vase. Roses can boost collagen production that supports healthy skin, nails and hair.
Ingredients
2 shots espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
-
2 tbsp. G.R.A.C.E. Elderberry Syrup
2 shots of espresso or ½ cup strong coffee
8 oz. milk of choice
dried Rose petals for garnish
Directions
Hot Latte Method
Combine flavors and coffee: In a mug, combine the hot espresso or strong coffee, elderberry syrup, and rose water (or rose petal powder). Stir until thoroughly mixed.
Heat and froth milk: In a small saucepan, heat the milk until it is warm and starts to steam. Use a milk frother or a whisk to create a creamy foam.
Assemble the latte: Pour the frothed milk into the mug with the elderberry-rose coffee mixture. Stir gently to combine everything.
Garnish and serve: Top with a few dried rose petals for garnish, if desired, and enjoy immediately.
Iced Latte Method
Combine flavors and coffee: In a glass, combine the cooled espresso or strong coffee, elderberry syrup, and rose water (or rose petal powder). Stir well.
Add ice: Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Add milk: Pour your milk of choice over the ice and the coffee mixture.
Garnish and serve: Stir once more to ensure everything is combined. Garnish with a few dried rose petals if you like and serve cold.
